SERVICES

We also offer GreenBlocks installation service and installation + wall plastering services.

Sustainable concrete made with re-purposed materials

Using waste products from the coal combustion of power plants.

Our innovative mix of pozzolan, cement and aerated foam takes waste and turns it into geopolymer concrete that can be used for a wide range of applications from building blocks and slabs to bespoke applications like interlocking blocks - if it can be cast, it can be cast from EcoCrete.

Cellular Concrete Advantages

Using waste products from the power plants coal combustion.

Water Absorption

In a tropical climate, mold and mildew can be major building problems, but all our EcoCrete products are water resistant. So you can say goodbye to moldy walls and flaky paint.

Sound Insulation

Our GreenBlocks have over 68dB of sound insulation without any additional insulation. That means your neighbor can pump the music and you’ll still get a great night's sleep.

Earthquake Resistance

Due to the unique chemical makeup of our geopolymer concrete - vibrations are unable to travel through as easily as traditional concrete, providing stability through earthquakes & tremors.

Compressive Strength

Our GreenBlocks offer a compressive strength of 90-100Kg/cm3, while our slabs can reach up to XX. This impressive strength means you have more flexibility in the way you build.

Low shrinkage

EcoCrete is flexible and has low shrinkage compared to traditional concrete - which means fewer cracks over time, minimizing maintenance costs and ensuring a strong finish.

Thermal Insulation

All of our products have higher thermal insulation than traditional concrete products, saving you money on cooling costs as the building absorbs less heat from the sun.

Practical applications

A sneak-peek at some of the practical use cases for EcoCrete.

Walls

Easy to build with, an alternative to Bata Ringan or Batako bricks with all the benefits of EcoCrete.

On-Site Slab

Structural concrete with a density of 1800 to 2400, custom-made for your specific needs.

Flat Roofing

No leaking issues here, and our lightweight slabs are perfect for water resistant flat roof.

Common questions

What is EcoCrete?

We use leftover byproducts from coal combustion that would otherwise end up in landfill as waste products and transform it into concrete that’s lighter, stronger, and more sustainable. This innovative formula means that we don’t need to use any mined sand or aggregate in our products. And the result is not it’s only better for the environment and for the communities affected by sand mining, but also better for your project. We make Geopolymer concrete in a different range of thickness & hardness for various utilities in construction from lightweight to K400 quality; as well as cellular lightweight GreenBlocks that are water resistant, thermally insulated and resistant to earthquakes.

What are the materials used to make EcoCrete & GreenBlocks?
